Chignolo d'Isola ( Italian: [kiɲˈɲɔːlo ˈdiːzola]; Bergamasque: Chignöl [kiˈɲøl]) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Bergamo in the Italian region of Lombardy, located about 35 kilometres (22 mi) northeast of Milan and about 11 kilometres (7 mi) southwest of Bergamo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,849 and an area of 5.3 square kilometres (2.0 mi).
Chignolo d'Isola borders the following municipalities: Bonate Sopra, Bonate Sotto, Bottanuco, Madone, Medolago, Suisio, Terno d'Isola.
