Clarques (; ) is a former commune in the Pas-de-Calais department in the Hauts-de-France region of France. On 1 January 2016, it was merged into the new commune Saint-Augustin. Its population was 309 in 2018.

==Geography== A farming village situated 8 miles (13 km) south of Saint-Omer, on the D190 and D192 road junction. The A26 autoroute passes by the commune just away.
