Clusone [kluˈzoːne] (Clüsù [klyˈz̠ʊ] in dialetto bergamasco) è un comune italiano di 8 497 abitanti della provincia di Bergamo in Lombardia. Situato nella val Seriana superiore, sulla sinistra orografica del fiume Serio, dista circa 35 chilometri a nord-est dal capoluogo orobico. Clusone è il capoluogo della Comunità montana della Valle Seriana. Fa parte del comune anche la frazione Fiorine.
