Comitium (latin: ”samlingsplats”), folkförsamlingens mötesplats, var belägen på Forum Romanum i Rom. Comitium var ett avgränsat område belagt på den norra delen av Forum Romanum framför Curia Hostilia och sedan efter 30-talet f.Kr. framför Curia Iulia. Comitium var platsen för politisk och juridisk aktivitet på forum under slutet av romerska kungatiden och de inledande faserna av republiken. Namnet Comitium används även för motsvarande mötesplatser i andra romerska städer
