العميد البحري (بالإنكليزية:Commodore) رتبة ضابط بحري تسبق رتبة عقيد بحري ، ودون رتبة لواء بحري. تعدّ عموماً أدنى رتب «الأميرال»، التي أيضا يشار إليها أحيانا باسم «ضباط العلم» أو «رتب العلم». في كثير من القوات البحرية يشار إليها باسم رتبة بنجمتين.
