Die Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football (kurz CONCACAF, deutsch Nord- und Zentralamerikanische und Karibische Fußballkonföderation) ist eine der Kontinental-Konföderationen des Weltfußballverbandes FIFA. Der Verband wurde im Jahre 1961 mit der Fusion von CCCF und NAFC gegründet und hat seinen Sitz in Miami im US-Bundesstaat Florida. Ihr gehören sämtliche selbständigen Staaten Nordamerikas und der Karibik an. Im Fußball zählen auch die auf dem südamerikanischen Kontinent befindlichen Staaten Suriname und Guyana zur Karibik, ebenso das französische Departement Französisch-Guayana. Außerdem sind einige Territorien europäischer Mutterstaaten oder der USA eigenständige Mitglieder und nehmen als solche an den Wettbewerben der CONCACAF und der FIFA teil. Beispiele hierfür sind Montserrat (britisch), Guadeloupe (französisch), Puerto Rico (US-amerikanisch) und Aruba (niederländisch).
