الناتئ شبه اللقمي هو ناتئ موجود على الفك السفلي للبشر وغيرهم من الأنواع، ينتهي بلقمة (مفصل)؛ اللقمة الفكية السفلية. يزيد سُمك الناتئ شبه اللقمي عن سمك الناتئ الإكليلي للفك السفلي، ويتكون من جزءين: لقمة، وجزء آخر متقلص لدعمها يُسمى العنق.
