Constanța (prononcé [konˈstant͡sa] et parfois écrit Constanza) est une ville portuaire de l'est de la Roumanie, située sur les rives occidentales de la mer Noire. Elle est le chef-lieu du județ de Constanța, en Dobrogée. La ville est également le plus grand port de la mer Noire. Fondée autour de l’an 600 av. J. C., elle est considérée comme l'une des plus anciennes villes de Roumanie. La municipalité de Constanța compte une population de 283 812 habitants en 2011 (la cinquième du pays par le nombre d'habitants), mais l'agglomération compte environ 450 000 habitants avec les communes limitrophes sur une superficie de 1 013,5 km2, soit la seconde agglomération du pays après Bucarest.
