In spite of being many years early, the rebel group decides to continue its violent campaign to stop corporations of the future from replacing governments, while the police officer endeavours to stop them without revealing to anyone that she and the rebels are from the future.

Continuum é uma série de televisão canadense de ficção científica criada por Simon Barry para a Showcase.A série é centrada no conflito entre um grupo de terroristas do ano de 2077 que viajam para Vancouver, na Colúmbia Britânica, em 2012, e uma policial que, sem querer, os acompanha. Apesar de muitos anos antes, o grupo terrorista decide continuar sua violenta campanha para impedir que as corporações do futuro substituam os governos, enquanto a policial se esforça para detê-los sem revelar a todos que ela e os terroristas são do futuro. A série estreou em Showcase em 27 de maio de 2012. A primeira temporada é composta por 10 episódios, e chegou ao fim após quatro temporadas e quarenta e dois episódios em 9 de outubro de 2015.
