Corderius (Latinized form of the name Mathurin Cordier; 1479 or 1480 – 8 September 1564) was a French-born theologian, teacher, humanist, and pedagogian active in Geneva, Republic of Geneva. He taught at the School of Lausanne (now the University of Lausanne), where he was a director.

Maturin Cordier (1479-1564) foi um pedagogo francês, conhecido por ter sido professor de João Calvino em Paris no College de la Marche. Aderiu à reforma protestante e viria a viver em Genebra, perto de Calvino. Calvino convidou-o para Genebra em Março de 1545. Em fevereiro de 1550, Calvino dedicou o seu comentário às cartas aos tessalonicenses ao seu antigo professor. Nessa altura, Cordier é director do colégio de Lausanne. Foi professor na academia de Genebra e editou obras dos pais da Igreja. Faleceu em Genebra.
