Cowthorpe is a village in the civil parish of Tockwith, in North Yorkshire, England. It is situated north of Wetherby, east of Harrogate, from Knaresborough and from York.
In 1931 the parish had a population of 103. On 1 April 1937 the parish was abolished and merged with Tockwith.
