Die Kurbelgehäuseentlüftung (KGE) ist eine Vorrichtung bei Hubkolbenmotoren, die für geordnete Druckverhältnisse im Kurbelgehäuse in Bezug auf die umgebende Atmosphäre sorgt. Eine weitere Aufgabe ist die Sammlung und umweltgerechte Abführung der im Motor entstehenden Leckgase.
