David Ferreira was born on June, 27th, in Lisbon. He lived a great part of his life in Almada, where he studied until High School. At the age of 18, he went to Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema, in Lisbon, where he studied for 4 years. There he took classes with João Mota, Glória de Matos, Rui Mendes, Fernanda Lapa, Carlos Pessoa, João Brites, among others.
