バイパスコンデンサとは、電子回路において、回路が動作する際に直流電源の電圧が変動するのを避けることを目的として、電源ラインとグラウンドとを接続するコンデンサのことである。「パスコン」「デカップリングコンデンサ」とも呼ばれる。バイパスコンデンサは、電源ラインのグラウンドに対する交流的なインピーダンスを下げる役割や、ノイズ成分が後続の回路へ伝わらないようにフィルタリングする役割をしている。（バイパスとは短絡の意味である）
