Děhylov () is a municipality and village in Opava District in the Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 700 inhabitants.
==Geography== Děhylov is located about northwest of Ostrava. It lies in the eastern tip of the Nízký Jeseník mountain range. It is situated on the right bank of the Opava River, which forms the municipal border. In the eastern part of the municipality there is Štěpán Pond, protected together with its surroundings as a nature reserve.
