==Administrative division== The municipality Deskati was formed at the 2011 local government reform by the merger of the following 2 former municipalities, that became municipal units (constituent communities in brackets): Chasia (Karpero, Katakali, Trikokkia) Deskati (Deskati, Dasochori, Paliouria, Panagia, Paraskevi) The community of Deskati consists of 4 settlements: Agios Georgios, Deskati, Diasellaki and Gilofos.
