Dindymus is Old World genus of true bugs in the family Pyrrhocoridae. Records of occurrence include Africa, but most are in South East Asia and Australia.
==Description== These bugs are often coloured red/orange and black; they may be confused with bugs in the family Lygaeidae, but can be distinguished by the lack of ocelli on the head.
