1,4-二噁烷(英語:1,4-dioxane),透明無色的单环雜環有機化合物,在室溫下為液體,有輕微類似乙醚的清香氣味,是常用的非质子溶剂。分子式為 C4H8O2,沸點為 101 °C,可与水和常见有机溶剂混溶,有潮解性。 二噁烷的极性比乙醚强,熔点也比乙醚高。溶解能力较强,强于四氢呋喃,与二甲基甲酰胺相近。无水时容易生成爆炸性的过氧化物,蒸馏会使过氧化物的浓度增大,造成危险。
