江別市（日语：江別市／えべつし Ebetsu shi */?）是北海道石狩振興局東部的一個城市，位於札幌市東側，為札幌的，因此過去人口曾經快速成長，但近年人口已轉為減少。現在是北海道人口第9多的城市。名稱源自阿伊努語的「e-petke」（兔唇）或「yupe-ot」（鱘魚很多）或是「i-put」（村子的入口）。 在北海道中氣候屬較溫暖的地區，不過由於位於石狩灣通往太平洋的風路上，因此整年皆有強風。轄區大致位於石狩平原的中央，橫跨石狩川兩岸，石狩川的支流與皆於轄區內與石狩川匯流，因此常遭受水災。 在與札幌市、北廣島市的邊界有佔地約2,000公頃的道立自然公園－，其中部分區域仍為從未開發過的原始林狀態。
