Die Ecker im niedersächsischen Landkreis Goslar und im sachsen-anhaltischen Landkreis Harz ist ein 25,6 km langer, orografisch rechtsseitiger und südöstlicher Zufluss der Oker. Sie fließt überwiegend im Harz, im Unterlauf auch im nördlichen Harzvorland.
