Elgeseter
Sign in to saveElgeseter is a neighborhood in the city of Trondheim in Trøndelag county, Norway. It is located in the western part of the borough of Lerkendal in Trondheim Municipality. It is south and east of the river Nidelva, south of the neighborhoods of Midtbyen and Øya, west of Singsaker and north of Nardo. The name comes from Helgeseter, the name of Helgeseter Priory, an Augustinian abbey located at Elgeseter during the Middle Ages.

Elgeseter é um bairro tradicional da cidade de Trontêmio, no condado de Sør-Trøndelag, na Noruega. Está situado a sul do centro da cidade, sendo limitado a norte pela ponte de Elgeseter (Elgeseter bru) e a sul pelo estádio de Lerkendal (Lerkendal stadion). O Convento de Elgeseter (Elgeseter kloster, 1183-1564) teve o seu edifício na atual área deste bairro.
