Erwin Hermann Lambert (Schildow, 7 dicembre 1909 – Stoccarda, 15 ottobre 1976) è stato un militare, funzionario e costruttore tedesco, supervisionò la costruzione delle camere a gas per il progetto Aktion T4 ("eutanasia") nei centri di Hartheim, Sonnenstein, Bernburg e Hadamar, e successivamente nei campi di sterminio di Sobibór e Treblinka durante l'Operazione Reinhard. Era specializzato nella progettazione e costruzione di camere a gas più grandi ed efficienti al fine di sveltire le operazioni di sterminio di massa nel corso della soluzione finale della questione ebraica.
