Confina con i dipartimenti della Senna Marittima a nord, dell'Oise a nord-est, del Val-d'Oise a est, degli Yvelines a sud-est, dell'Eure-et-Loir a sud, dell'Orne a sud-ovest e del Calvados a ovest.
