Exmes [ɛm] est une ancienne commune française, ancien chef-lieu de canton et siège de la communauté de communes du Pays du Haras du Pin, située dans le département de l'Orne en région Normandie, peuplée de 272 habitants. Elle est devenue le 1er janvier 2017 une commune déléguée de la commune nouvelle de Gouffern en Auge.
