書誌学におけるファクシミリ（英: facsimile、ラテン語の "fac simile"（似せて作る）から）とは、古書、写本、地図、版画、そのほか歴史的価値を持つ典籍のオリジナルと、可能な限りそっくりになるよう製作された複写または複製を指す。これは原本の大きさ、色、状態、その他材質などをできるだけ正確に複製しようとしている点で、他の複製ものとは異なる。本や写本について言えば、全ページの完全な複写が揃っていなければならず、そうでない場合は「部分的ファクシミリ」（"partial facsimile"）と呼ばれる。ファクシミリの用途の例として、原本を手にするつてを持たない学者が研究のために使ったり、保存修復とメディアの保全を図るために博物館や図書館で使われたりというものがある。多くは市販されており、解説書が付くこともある。それらは一般に500 - 2,000部程度に部数が限定されることもあり、米ドル換算で2,000 - 3,000ドルの価格がつけられる。
