Faith Brown was born in Liverpool in 1944. In the 1960s, she was the lead singer of The Carrolls, a vocal group which consisted of four of her brothers. They released five singles, starting with 'Surrender Your Love,' and an album. Embarking on a solo career at the start of the 1970s, her first single was 'Lock Me In,' released in 1970, and her last was the disco-flavoured 'Bingo' in 1975. In total, Faith released six singles.
