Farrokhroo Parsa (Persian: فرخرو پارسا; 24 March 1922 – 8 May 1980) was an Iranian physician, educator, Member of the Parliament of Iran, and Minister of Education of Iran. She was a supporter of women's rights in Iran, and was executed by firing squad.
She served as minister of education from 1968 to 1971 under Prime Minister Amir Abbas Hoveida and was the first female cabinet minister ever in Iran. Parsa was an outspoken supporter of women's rights in Iran.
