Fate/Zero (japanisch フェイト/ゼロ, Feito/Zero) ist eine Light Novel, die von Gen Urobuchi geschrieben und von gezeichnet wurde. Die Reihe erschien von 2006 bis 2007 und stellt die Vorgeschichte (Prequel) zu Type-Moons Spielereihe Fate/stay night dar. Sie wurde in mehrere Medien adaptiert: von 2008 bis 2010 als Hörspiel sowie 2010 bis 2017 als Manga. Eine Adaption als Animeserie wurde 2010 bis 2012 von Studio Ufotable produziert. In der Fate-Reihe folgten nach Fate/Zero in den Jahren 2010 und 2014 Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works und ab 2015 Fate/Grand Order.
