Travel guide

Get in

From north via Mons or east of Grasse (25 km on the Route Napoleon). From the south St. Raphael via Fréjus is nearest on the Cote d'Azur.

Get around

The village is rather compact so it is best discovered on foot, as it's far to hilly for riding a bike, and many roads are pedestrian only (although this rule doesn't seem to apply to locals)

Sleep

There are several private apartments and hotels in the village that offer amazings views. The tourist (mail: [email protected] Tel:+33 (0)4.94.76.20.08) is specialised in organising accommodation.

Fayence (; ) is a commune in the Var department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in Southeastern France.

Fayence is one of a series of "perched villages" overlooking the plain between the southern Alps and the Esterel massif, which borders the Mediterranean Sea between Cannes and Saint-Raphaël. The village is located on the road to Mons, which later on joins the Route Napoléon linking Nice to Grenoble through the Alps.
