La isla de Fehmarn (en alemán, Fehmarn; en danés, Femern) es una pequeña isla —y desde 2003 también una ciudad—del mar Báltico perteneciente a Alemania, administrativamente dependiente del distrito de Ostholstein del estado de Schleswig-Holstein.
