Florence Easton was a popular English lyric dramatic soprano in the early 20th century. Famous for covering a wide range of styles and periods, from Mozart, Meyerbeer, Gounod, Verdi, Wagner, Puccini, Strauss, Schreker and Krenek. Her repertoire included more than 100 roles in 4 languages. In Wagner she sang virtually every soprano part, large and small from Senta onwards, with the exception of the Götterdämmerung Brünnhilde.
