フロイド郡（英: Floyd County）は、アメリカ合衆国ケンタッキー州の東部に位置する郡である。2010年国勢調査での人口は39,451人であり、2000年の42,441人から7.0%減少した。郡庁所在地は（人口3,255人）であり、同郡で人口最大の都市でもある。フロイド郡は1800年に設立され、ジェイムズ・ジョン・フロイド大佐（1750年-1783年）に因んで名付けられた。
