Saint Francis de Geronimo, also called Francesco di Girolamo or - Hieronymo, or Francis Jerome (born, 17 December 1642 in Grottaglie, Apulia, Italy - died, 11 May 1716 in Naples) was a Jesuit priest and missionary who was canonized by Gregory XVI in 1839. He was known for his sermons and the religious zeal that he inspired.
