Die sog. Gateway-Trilogie besteht aus den Büchern Gateway, Jenseits des blauen Horizonts und Rückkehr nach Gateway von Frederik Pohl. Die englischen Originaltitel sind: Gateway, Beyond the Blue Event Horizon und Heechee Rendezvous. Innerhalb der Science-Fiction-Literatur ordnet man sie dem Genre der Space Opera zu. Im amerikanischen Original gehören allerdings weitere Titel zu dem Kanon, sodass der Begriff Trilogie nur auf die deutsch veröffentlichten Titel zutrifft.
