citoyens ou résidents de l'Allemagne
Germans are people who are natives or inhabitants of Germany, German citizens as defined by the country's 1949 constitution, or more broadly those of German descent or German language speakers. Understanding who is considered German has historically involved concepts of shared language, culture, descent, and history, particularly during the 19th and 20th centuries.
