==History== Khushab District was a forested agricultural region during the Indus Valley Civilization. The Vedic period was characterized by Indo-Aryan culture. The Kambojas, Daradas, Kaikayas, Madras, Pauravas, Yaudheyas, Malavas, and Kurus, ruled the ancient Punjab region.
