Hamidou, an Algerian artist born as Ahmed Takdjout in the city of Algiers, on November 8, 1966. Raised in the Mouradia suburb, Hamidou is considered as a multi-talented artist, whose talent was noticed at a young age. In 1982, he succeeded in joining the group “Elfakhardjia” with whom he performed different kinds of music styles.
