There are multiple artists and formations bearing the name Harakiri: 1) Harakiri is a death metal band from Indianapolis. Formed around 1997, their first album, "Reverence for madness", was released on Skeptic Production after putting out some demos. Then they released an EP, "Virtuous symptoms", on Cyberdine 243 records before signing to Willowtip Records and record and release "Twilight of the idols" in 2002. They started to tour with Kalibas and Commit Suicide but some "band related trouble"
