Harry Dacre (possibly originally Frank Dean or Henry Decker) (1860 - 1922) was an English songwriter. Dacre wrote and composed the song "Daisy Bell" (aka "A Bicycle Built for Two") in 1892, made famous by Katie Lawrence. Dacre also wrote "I'll Be Your Sweetheart," a classic about two lovers. Read more on Last.fm
