Welcome to Highland Heights – Located in the Cincinnati metropolitan area at the crosshairs of I-271 and I-471 and home to Northern Kentucky University! To this day, we’ve maintained our small-town intimacy and security, while providing convenient access to a vibrant metropolis. We’re also home to one of Kentucky’s fastest growing post-secondary institutions, Northern Kentucky University (NKU). I am honored to serve such a diverse community of seniors, working families, college students and young professionals who live, learn and work here. Over the past decade, our administration and council have worked hard to establish a strong financial foundation for our city—one that will ensure continued quality services for our residents and will allow us to build on our tremendous assets, paving the way for a prosperous future.
