ヒロ(英: Hilo)は、アメリカ合衆国ハワイ州ハワイ島の東海岸の都市。人口は4万4186人(2020年)で島内最大である。ヒロはまたハワイ郡(ハワイ島)を伝統的なモクにより6地区(District)に分けた時の名称「」でもあり、最近は「北ヒロ地区」と「南ヒロ地区」に分かれている。 ヒロはハワイ郡の郡庁所在地であり、東海岸のに位置している。ヒロはホノルルに次ぐハワイ諸島第二の港湾都市であり、ハワイ島西海岸のコナと共にリゾート地としても知られている。 地名について定説はないが、「新月の最初の夜」か、あるいは「ポリネシア人の航海者」にちなんで命名されたものであろうといわれる。ヒロは数千種類のランの栽培地としても知られ、「果樹園の町」または「ハワイのランの中心地」の異名がある。日系人も多く居住し、市内には日本庭園で知られるリリウオカラニ公園やカメハメハ大王像があるもある。
