Le HMS E33 était un sous-marin britannique de classe E construit pour la Royal Navy par John Thornycroft à Woolston, Hampshire. Il est lancé le 18 avril 1916 et mis en service en novembre 1916. Le HMS E33 fut vendu le 6 septembre 1922 à John Cashmore Ltd pour être démoli dans leur chantier naval de Newport.
