Le HMS E38 était un sous-marin britannique de classe E construit pour la Royal Navy par Fairfield Shipbuilding and Engineering Company à Govan sur la Clyde. Il fut lancé le 13 juin 1916 et mis en service le 10 juillet 1917. Le E38 a été vendu à la ferraille à Newport le 6 septembre 1922.
