Holštejn is a municipality and village in Blansko District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 200 inhabitants.
==Geography== Holštejn is located about northeast of Blansko and northeast of Brno. It lies in the Drahany Highlands. The highest point is at above sea level. The stream Bílá voda flows through the municipality. The southwestern part of the municipality lies within the Moravian Karst Protected Landscape Area.
