Hubert van Innis (24 de febrero de 1866 - 25 de noviembre de 1961) fue un tirador con arco belga. Van Innis compitió en los Juegos Olímpicos de París 1900 donde consiguió dos medallas de oro y una de plata. Sus victorias llegaron a las pruebas cortas de 33 metros (en Au Chapelet y Au Cordon Doré). En la de 50 metros Ave Cordon Doré, fue segundo detrás de Henri Hérouin por un marcador de 31-29, y ante Émile Fisseux con 28puntos. En la prueba de 50 metros Au Chapelet fue cuarto. Veinte años más tarde, en los Juegos Olímpicos de Amberes 1920, su participación fue aún mejor con 4 oros y 2 platas (3 individuales y 3 por equipos) en las pruebas de pájaro móvil. En total tiene 6 medallas de oro y 3 de plata en su palmarés olímpico.
