L'isola di Lèsina (in croato Hvar, in dialetto locale ciacavo Hvor o For, in greco antico Phàros, Φάρος, in latino Pharia) è la più lunga fra le isole della Dalmazia, situata nel mare Adriatico tra le isole di Brazza, Lissa e Curzola. L'isola ha 11 077 residenti, che ne fanno la quarta più popolosa delle isole della Croazia. Centri principali sono Lèsina (Hvar), Gelsa (Jelsa), Cittavecchia (Stari Grad), Verbosca (Vrboska) e San Giorgio (Sućuraj).
