Hyper Scape is een battle royalespel dat is ontwikkeld door Ubisoft Montreal en uitgegeven door Ubisoft. Het spel is speelbaar op Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 en Xbox One. Op 2 juli 2020 ging het spel in gesloten bèta, waarbij een aantal influencers in samenwerking met Ubisoft het spel al kon streamen. Dit was tevens hoe het spel officieel werd aangekondigd. Op die dag was Hyper Scape de meest bekeken game op het streamingplatform Twitch. Op 12 juli 2020 werd de open bèta-versie van het spel uitgebracht op Windows, waarbij het spel al door iedereen gedownload kon worden voordat het werd uitgebracht.
