Igor Lukšić (Игор Лукшић, en serbe), né le 14 juin 1976 à Bar, est un homme d'État monténégrin, membre du Parti démocratique socialiste (DPS). Élu député monténégrin en 2001, il est vice-ministre des Affaires étrangères de la Serbie-et-Monténégro de 2003 à 2004.
