Ikauna is a town and nagar panchayat in the Shrawasti district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It is closely attached to the Shrawasti. There are five blocks in the Shrawasti district: Ikauna, Jamunha, Sirsiya, Gilaula, and Bhinga. thumb|Ikauna Shrawasti
