《頭文字D》（日语：頭文字D）是重野秀一筆下的著名日本山道賽車青年漫畫，以及以漫畫改編的動畫系列（包含電視版、OVA與電影版）。自1995年起開始在講談社漫畫雜誌《週刊Young Magazine》連載，連載至2013年7月結束，單行本全48卷，還有多本探討汽車駕駛技巧的周邊專書。重野秀一決定結束在《周刊Young Magazine》上的連載，于2014年5月17日推出最後一話，為這部經典作品劃上句點。截至2013年，全系列漫畫單行本累積發行量約為4800萬本，相關CD為700,000張，DVD為500,000片。其續作《MF GHOST》為重野秀一在2013年《頭文字D》完結時隔4年後於《周刊Young Magazine》上再度連載的新賽車漫畫作品。
